Benjamin Allen

Ben Allen is a Senior Attorney responsible for advising The Nature Conservancy on investments, including the Office of Investments and NatureVest. His legal career has focused on private fund formation, investments, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.  He started his career as a corporate attorney for Winstead PC and most recently worked as in-house counsel for Acreage Holdings, Inc.  Ben received a B.A. in English Literature from Baylor University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
