With endangered sea turtles nesting on quiet shores and vivid coral reefs winding through glistening waters, the Virgin Islands are brimming with beauty and life.

Our work in the Caribbean began here and, for over 40 years now, we’ve been restoring coral reefs, protecting beaches and safeguarding wildlife in this paradise of islands and sea. The Nature Conservancy’s preserve on St. Croix, called Estate Little Princess, is home to our Virgin Islands Coral Innovation Hub, with a state-of-the-art coral laboratory and land-based nursery (opening in Spring 2021).
